Lindsay Hickling is a tattoo artist with a passion for animals, art history, social equality, hardcore music and dark aesthetics.

She grew up in Sydney, Australia and graduated from The National Art School with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art.

Her art practice is mainly made up of paint pen on mirror but ranges through photography, painting, print and sculpture.

She deferred her Master’s of Fine Arts to take up a tattoo apprenticeship that she had always wanted to do, and is currently working at Sole Tattoo Gallery in Marrickville Sydney.
